JOINT VENTURES AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS

Macly Group has ventured into joint venture projects with Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd, developing Millage and Natura @ Hillview. Millage which comprised of 86 shops and 70 units were sold out within 2 days of the official launch in 2012; and also Eon Shenton, Nottinghill Suites, Haig 162 are joint venture projects with Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd.

Macly Group has also forayed into real estate abroad, recently launching Skyville 8 @ Benteng, a joint venture with Premium Developer Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Macly Group, together with its partner, Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd, will be launching 800+ units "Wisma Infinitum", in Prime KL CBD.
